The ReliAlert XC4 and Empower app creates a comprehensive program to help intended victims and the authorities that protect them. Once the app is installed, it communicates automatically with our system and syncs the smartphone with the offender’s tracking device; activating the “mobile zone” created by officers. This zone moves with the smartphone and an alert is generated if the offender breaches the zone parameters.
SAME DAY REPORTING
Reports capture all enrolled, start date, completion date, violations, change of residence, change of employment, successfully completion of program, participants currently enrolled in program, and more.
Standard Reports are issued weekly, monthly, or at the Court’s request for Enrollment, Completion, Violations, and Progress Reports,
24/7 LIVE MONITORING AND SERVICE
We also offer 24/7 mobile Installations to ensure all participants enroll when and where they are supposed to. We work closely with agencies to streamline their offender monitoring programs; thereby addressing the budgetary constraints and increasing officer productivity.
Upon sentencing by the court, defendants are issued an enrollment form which states when installation needs to occur.
Defendant schedules an appointment for enrollment.
We will install device at location requested by the court.
Our staff will verify Defendant’s Identification; with Court minutes; address, and employment.
Defendant will sign the service agreement and pay for initial set up and monitoring fees.
Our staff enters all client information into system; including all court ordered restrictions.
Defendant is equipped with the monitoring device.
Our staff sends enrollment letter via fax/email to the court.
Our staff will fax completion and/or violation letters to the court or supervisor on the same day of occurrence.
Our staff will submit weekly and or monthly reports to the court with requested details, including enrollees, completions, violations, etc.
